This position is a staff role within the Maintenance Department with a high focus on painting . The incumbent may be assigned any tasks typically performed by custodians or Maintenance Technicians. They must be competent in painting, light electrical and plumbing work, general carpentry, and a variety of miscellaneous building repairs. Duties may involve the use of a range of power tools, equipment, tractors and vehicles.

Work Environment
Tasks may be performed in any area of the facility, including roof areas, mechanical rooms, and outdoor locations. Worksite temperatures may vary significantly. The position requires frequent lifting of items exceeding 50 pounds.

Scheduling Requirements
This position is first shift full time, including a weekends/holiday rotation.
